Verified donor records will appear here.

Complete vehicles being sold are listed separately from donor vehicles and dismantled stock.

From vehicle to shelf

Traceable recovery, not anonymous stock.

A donor record connects the physical part to the vehicle it came from, when it was dismantled and what was observed.

  1. 01

    Receive and identify

Record vehicle details, keys, odometer, configuration and acquisition documents.

  2. 02

    Assess and plan

Photograph condition, flag hazards and create the dismantling plan.

  3. 03

    Recover and inspect

Assign stock IDs, grade condition, record tests and capture actual item photos.

  4. 04

    Locate and publish

Scan the shelf or bin, set availability and publish only useful records.

01

Vehicle configuration

Model alone is not always enough. Series, engine, transmission, body and market details can all matter.

02

Part provenance

Stock stays linked to the donor, dismantled date and staff intake record.

03

Honest availability

Awaiting dismantle, inspecting, reserved and in-transfer are different states—not all are for sale.
