Information we collect
Depending on the request, information may include your name and contact details, vehicle identity and condition, part descriptions, photos, location or postcode, business details, enquiry history, quote references and technical request information. Payment and identity information is collected only in the appropriate secure workflow when required.
Why we use it
Information is used to identify parts, assess compatibility and condition, respond to enquiries, value vehicles, plan dismantling or collection, prepare quotes, arrange delivery, manage warranties and returns, prevent abuse and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.
Uploads
Enquiry images are kept in private storage rather than the public catalogue. File type and size controls are applied, and uploads may be scanned for malicious content. Public inventory images are created through a separate review process.
Sharing
Information may be provided to service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, freight, payment reconciliation, security or professional advice. Only information reasonably needed for the service should be shared. We do not sell enquiry contact data.
Retention and security
Records are retained for the period needed for the enquiry, transaction, warranty, fraud prevention and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified under the applicable retention process. Administrative access is permissioned and sensitive actions are audited.
Marketing choices
Optional marketing consent is separate from consent to receive service messages. Leaving the marketing option unticked does not prevent a response to your enquiry. You can ask to stop marketing messages at any time.
Access, correction and questions
Use the public contact page to request access to or correction of personal information, ask a privacy question or raise a concern. Include enough context to locate the relevant record without sending identity documents through a general message.
