Website information
Public content is general information. Inventory, price, condition, warranty, compatibility and fulfilment can change and require confirmation. An error or old link does not create an obligation to supply an item.
Enquiries and valuations
Submitting a part, vehicle, dismantling, trade or contact form confirms only that a request was received. It does not guarantee stock, compatibility, an offer, collection, account approval, price or service availability.
Compatibility
Vehicle variants can use different components within the same make, model and year. Compatibility is confirmed only against the identifiers and evidence stated in the written quote. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and part information.
Catalogue and condition
Used parts can show age and wear. Listings should disclose the recorded condition and known defects, but images and descriptions must be read with the quote and inspection information. “Tested” applies only where a test record exists.
Quotes, reservations and payment
Quotes may expire. Stock is reserved only under the terms stated in writing. For bank transfer, use only the secure transaction-specific instructions and exact reference. Verify any requested change through the contact path on this website.
Delivery, collection and returns
Fulfilment depends on the item and destination. Customers must use suitable transport and follow loading or carrier requirements. Warranty and return eligibility are governed by the written invoice, applicable policy and Australian law.
Ownership and safe access
A person offering a vehicle or parts must be the owner or authorised to act. Hazards, contamination and access constraints must be disclosed. Work or collection may be refused where authority or safety cannot be established.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. Include the relevant quote, invoice or enquiry reference.
