Useful answers
What to check before you travel, pay or arrange transport.
Used parts carry variables. These answers explain the details that improve a stock check and reduce avoidable surprises.
01How do I know whether a part will fit my vehicle?+
Send the registration or VIN, build details and any part numbers or photos you have. Vehicle variants can use different parts within the same model year, so fitment is confirmed only after the available identifiers are checked.
02Do you list every part online?+
No. Some parts are still being identified, tested or photographed. A structured part enquiry lets the team check unlisted stock and recent donor vehicles as well as the public catalogue.
03Can I arrange delivery?+
Delivery or freight may be available for eligible parts. Size, weight, destination and handling requirements are confirmed before a quote is finalised. Some bulky or fragile items are collection only.
04Are used parts covered by a warranty?+
Warranty eligibility and duration vary by part and condition. The applicable warranty, installation requirements and exclusions are stated on the quote or invoice before purchase.
05Can I pay by bank transfer?+
Bank transfer is available for approved quotes and invoices. Full account details are provided only through secure payment instructions. Always verify any requested change using the contact path published on this website.
06What photos help identify a part?+
Include the complete part, plugs and mounting points, labels or stamped numbers, and the area where it fits. Photograph any damage clearly. Up to eight images can be attached to a part enquiry.
07Does a vehicle valuation request guarantee collection?+
No. A submission is a request for assessment. Any offer and collection arrangement depends on vehicle identity, ownership, condition, location, completeness and safe access.
Still have a part question?
Send the identifiers and photos once.
You do not need to know every technical field. Use ‘not sure’ where needed and include anything printed on the vehicle or part.
